Yamaha UC has announced a new addition to its Enterprise Sound Bar line-up, the ESB-1090 which solves common challenges and limitations in sound output in a variety of locations.

The ESB-1090 has a simplified set-up, allowing users to opt between Conference, Education, and Hotel. It also has an operation restriction preset to prevent unwanted tampering or changes.

It features two subwoofers, two mid-range speakers, and two tweeters, making it perfect for classrooms, meeting rooms, and hospitality spaces, connecting to any sound source via HDMI, Bluetooth, or optical cable and analogue audio. It can also be configured for Ethernet operation.

Like the ESB-1080, the ESB-1090’s simple, slim design naturally blends into any environment and offers installation versatility. Installers can either wall mount the unit or place it flat on a table or school AV cart.

Yamaha UC director of global marketing and communications Meghan Kennelly says: “Flatscreen displays are often not suited to deliver the volume or clarity for students and meeting participants, once again highlighting the incredible importance of high-quality audio. With the ESB-1090, they don’t have to gather close to the screen in order to clearly hear a video, presentation, or conference call. In addition, it can connect to the in-room TV, PC, laptop, or mobile device, answering the variety of audio requirements that are present in a single environment.”
