URC launches HDA products
URC has launched its High Definition Audio (HDA) portfolio, offering studio quality fidelity, easy installation and best-in-class dealer profit.
The range is scalable to fit any residential or commercial environment and with AVB network streaming, it’s loaded with powerful features like ducking, full DSP and simple integration with URC’s Total Control 2.0 system.

HDA’s components are loading with features like efficient amplification up to 1,200W per channel and 70V, 96 kHz/24-bit streaming, up to eight stereo or 16 mono channel outputs, mic mixing and parametric EQ. It’s also expandable up to 32 zones and can store up to ten .WAV files per device.
Components available include the HDA-8100 Multi-Zone Amplifier, HDA-4100 Multi-Zone Amplifier, HDA-1600 Low-Z/70 Volt Amplifier, HDA-130 Single Zone Amplifier, HDA-SW5 Gigabit AVB Network Switch and the HDA-IO Stream Adaptor.
“By launching our new HDA line, URC delivers on its tradition of continuous innovation and superior home automation solutions,” URC founder Chang K. Park says.
“Our goal is to deliver residential and commercial audio experiences that rival high-fidelity, concert experience.”
URC vice president of product development Lars Granoe says that development process combined the best listening features with easy installation and networking for dealers: “The rich sound paired with the overall speed and performance of Total ControlÒ are really impressing people, and we couldn’t be more excited to bring it to market.”

The HDA products will be available shortly after CEDIA Expo Virtual.
