TripleView gives insights into how users are interacting with the system and notifies administrators when an error has occurred so they can quickly respond, regardless of where in the world it occurs. For many multi-site clients with multiple IT departments, having a central monitoring system is a vital tool.
“The TripleView feature was requested by clients at our annual User Group Conference, the feedback we get at these events is invaluable and it is a great feeling to now be able to deliver this feature to them. TripleView is a real game changer as it allows clients to be proactive about the state of the servers and solve faults before they become an issue,” Tripleplay head of software development Mike Ditum says.
It also lets IT teams to evaluate how the system is being used, addressing what functionality is popular and what isn’t and adjusting the service as appropriate.
“This functionality solidifies Tripleplay’s position as a true enterprise grade solution, highlighting its scalability and reliability in the AV/IT market,” Mike explains.
Tripleplay’s Caveman 3.0 software release is available now through Tripleplay authorised partners and local distributors.
