Josh.ai has launched a redesigned dealer training curriculum, introducing a more interactive and flexible certification program designed to help integrators build technical expertise and deploy smart home systems with greater confidence, ahead of the CEDIA Expo.

The self-paced courses allow dealers to complete certification on their own schedule while following streamlined learning paths featuring updated technical instruction and interactive content.

The refreshed curriculum includes new material covering the latest Josh.ai smart home control features, with course content developed using feedback from dealers in the field to improve engagement and better support real-world installations.

“As more dealers join the Josh.ai ecosystem, we’re investing even more in their success by giving them flexible online education, hands-on technical training and direct access to our team,” Josh.ai chief executive Alex Capecelatro says.

“When our dealers grow their expertise, they grow their businesses and that’s an investment we’re committed to making.”

Alongside the online training, Josh.ai is expanding its hands-on education program with in-person technical and sales training sessions at its headquarters ahead of this year’s CEDIA Expo.

The expanded education program is designed to help dealers stay up to date with the Josh.ai platform, accelerate onboarding for new staff and enhance the delivery of smart home installations for customers.
