Crestron enhances digital signage offering
Crestron is taking the opportunity to unveil a new digital signage and media player at InfoComm in Orlando this week.
The new Network Media Endpoint (NME-100) enables the delivery of consistent communications enterprise-wide via digital signage and media playback. Combined with AirMedia 2.0 and Crestron Mercury table top meeting and collaboration systems, Crestron has signage needs covered for every enterprise space.

The system is ready to use right out of the box with no programming necessary. It will be released with Appspace integration to take advantage of its powerful digital signage content creation, management, and interactive playback capabilities.
It supports 1080p/60 video and features an HDMI output supporting HDCP 2.2, a TRS mini-connector for audio output, and a concealed microSD slot for memory expansion beyond the built-in 16GB.
Crestron executive director of commercial product marketing Nic Milani says that until now they had only offered ‘lite’ signage solutions.
“These solutions are great for ambient signage when the room display is inactive. Now, with the NME-100 we offer a robust solution that makes it easy to add live and interactive content to a full range of spaces using powerful Appspace software.”
