Chowmainsoft has released a manufacturer-sponsored ADI | Snap One Episode Business Music Solution (EBMS) plugin for Q-SYS.

The plugin supports integration with EBMS, an enterprise-level audio platform designed for commercial environments. EBMS brings professional-grade sound to multi-zone business applications, allowing integrators to manage distributed audio across a range of commercial spaces.

The Q-SYS plugin enables control of EBMS systems within the Q-SYS ecosystem, streamlining system design and operation for installers working in hospitality, retail, corporate and other commercial venues. By leveraging Q-SYS control, integrators can incorporate EBMS into broader AV and automation workflows.

The EBMS platform allows users to connect up to 16 audio sources, including balanced and unbalanced, line-level and microphone inputs, as well as prerecorded and live audio, and distribute them across up to eight zones. The system is designed for venues requiring flexible audio control, such as hospitality, retail, corporate and large-format commercial spaces.

Audio performance can be tailored through a suite of system-tuning tools, including gain structure optimisation, frequency response adjustment and dynamic processing. Input and output EQ are supported alongside microphone-specific processing features such as ducking, compression, gating and de-essing, providing precise control over system behaviour.
