AudioControl, distributed by Synergy Audio Visual in Australia, has announced that its Concert Series AV receivers and Maestro Series pre-amps are now compatible with the Josh.ai platform.

Integrators can now control their premium home entertainment systems with Josh.ai’s natural language and privacy-focused voice automation technology. AudioControl devices are auto-discoverable for voice control and lets users toggle power, volume, mute control, input switching, single to multi-source and multi-zone routing.

Set-up is made easy as AudioControl’s Director Series amplifiers, home theatre Concert AV receivers and Maestro preamp/processors will auto-populate within the Josh.ai web portal for configuration once connected to the same network.

Voice commands can leverage the matrixing capabilities of the available products and can direct programming to any zone at any preferred volume level.

The Josh.ai platform is able to search for content through all available streaming services and manage volume commands for individual or grouped output zones, providing users with the freedom to enjoy their favourite programming anywhere in the home.
