InfoComm Asia 2026 has wrapped up after three days of business networking, technology showcases and industry education, attracting 6,638 professional attendees from 77 countries and regions and reinforcing its position as one of Asia-Pacific’s leading professional AV trade events.

Held at Bangkok’s Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre (QSNCC) from 15-17 July, the sixth edition of the exhibition saw 44.2% of attendees travel from overseas, while more than half of all visitors held manager-level positions or above.

One in three attendees were directors or senior executives responsible for technology purchasing across sectors including enterprise, education, government, healthcare, hospitality, retail, broadcast and live events.

Across the three-day exhibition, exhibitors engaged with representatives from approximately 3,800 organisations, while the show’s Invited Guest Program brought together more than 60 senior technology buyers from 12 countries, collectively representing almost US$73 million in approved procurement budgets for projects planned over the next 12 to 18 months.

AI emerged as the dominant technology theme, with exhibitors showcasing AI-powered collaboration platforms, conferencing systems, workplace automation, LED displays, digital signage and immersive technologies designed to improve communication, productivity and customer experiences.

More than 20 global and Asia-Pacific product launches took place during the exhibition, with companies including Audio-Technica, Bose Professional, Yamaha, Yealink, Lumens, Newline, Rocware and WyreStorm unveiling new solutions spanning enterprise collaboration, education, broadcast, unified communications and digital signage.

Business development remained a major focus, with participants completing approximately 700 pre-arranged business matching meetings, connecting exhibitors directly with qualified buyers planning technology investments across enterprise, education, government, healthcare, hospitality and entertainment markets.

Alongside the exhibition, the InfoComm Asia Summit featured 37 conference sessions presented by 60 international speakers, attracting 1,664 attendees. Popular topics included AI, workplace transformation, immersive experiences, education technology and broadcast innovation.

A new Smart Workplace Experience also debuted, demonstrating AI-enabled meeting rooms, workplace automation, unified communications and smart building technologies operating within a fully connected office environment.

Looking ahead, organisers confirmed that InfoComm Asia will relocate to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, with the 2027 event scheduled for 28-30 July at the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC).

AVIXA chief executive David Labuskes says the move reflects the continued growth of the professional AV industry across Southeast Asia.

“Bangkok has been an extraordinary partner to this community, and bringing InfoComm Asia to Kuala Lumpur in 2027 is a declaration of our continued commitment to this region, extending our reach to even more of Asia Pacific’s pro AV community,” he says.

“This industry is architecting the future of Asian enterprise, and we couldn’t be prouder to keep building it alongside this community.”

Shure senior sales director Ekta Shetty welcomes the move, saying the new location would provide greater access to regional partners and customers: “Being closer to Singapore gives us access to a different mix of partners and resellers, along with stronger visibility among end customers across the region. It’s an event we’re excited to be a part of.”
