MAXHUB launches SP10 room scheduling panel for Microsoft Teams spaces
MAXHUB has launched the SP10, a dedicated room scheduling touch panel designed to simplify meeting room booking and improve workplace space management.
Built on the Microsoft Device Ecosystem Platform (MDEP) and running Android 15, the SP10 is designed for organisations using Microsoft Teams Rooms, combining native Teams integration with enterprise-grade security, device management and Zero Trust support.

The 11” touch panel displays real-time meeting schedules, room availability and booking information outside meeting spaces, allowing users to reserve available rooms with a single tap for ad hoc or scheduled meetings. High-visibility LED status bars also make it easy to identify whether a room is occupied or available from a distance.
Designed for enterprise deployment, the SP10 supports multiple installation options, including wall, glass wall, mullion and backbox mounting, with standard mounting accessories supplied to simplify installation across different workplace environments.
MAXHUB says the panel is intended to help organisations reduce scheduling conflicts and improve meeting room utilisation by keeping calendar information synchronised in real time with Microsoft Teams. The MDEP platform also provides hardware-backed security, device attestation and ongoing patch management to support enterprise IT requirements.
The SP10 joins MAXHUB’s wider meeting room ecosystem, which includes interactive displays, Microsoft Teams Rooms solutions and collaboration accessories, enabling organisations to deploy integrated meeting spaces across a range of workplace environments.
