ARC Informatique has released PcVue 17, the latest version of its SCADA/BMS platform, introducing new capabilities designed to improve energy efficiency, simplify system management and strengthen cybersecurity for critical infrastructure.

The major software update focuses on three key areas: Energy flexibility, intelligent automation and cyber resilience.

PcVue 17 enables operators to centralise data from multiple sources into a single platform, allowing buildings and industrial facilities to better manage energy demand through advanced control strategies. The platform also supports AI-based forecasting to help reduce peak energy consumption and lower operating costs.

The release introduces new intelligent assistance tools that allow users to configure workflows and automate complex processes using low-code interfaces. By combining AI with real-time operational data, PcVue 17 helps automate routine tasks and supports faster operational decision-making.

Engineering workflows have also been enhanced through expanded object libraries and more flexible modelling capabilities, enabling system integrators and engineers to design and deploy projects more efficiently.

On the cybersecurity front, PcVue 17 is backed by IEC 62443-4-1 and IEC 62443-4-2 certifications, demonstrating compliance with internationally recognised standards for secure software development and industrial automation system security.

ARC Informatique says the latest release is designed to help operators of critical infrastructure improve operational performance while maintaining high levels of resilience against evolving cyber threats.
