JL Audio Home, distributed by Advance Audio Australia, is set to arrive in Australia this June as it expands beyond subwoofers and outdoor speakers into the high-end full-range audio market.

The Primacy range includes the Primacy T6 active three-way tower speaker, Primacy S3 active bookshelf speaker and the Primacy CS network streamer and device hub.

The launch marks JL Audio Home’s first move into complete luxury audio systems, with the active speaker models featuring dedicated power amplifiers for each driver, DSP filtering and app-based volume control.

Both speaker models support analogue and digital connectivity, including RCA, XLR and ethernet inputs, while rear-panel controls allow users to adjust bass lift, treble cut and high-pass filter settings for subwoofer integration.

The range also includes optional interchangeable side panels in six timber finishes, alongside a paint-ready primer finish for custom installations and interior integration.

At the centre of the ecosystem is the Primacy CS streamer and preamplifier, which features HDMI ARC/eARC support, a built-in phono preamp and a high-resolution OLED display housed within a glass-wrapped enclosure.

The device also incorporates JL Audio’s Primacy automatic room optimisation DSP technology, designed to automatically calibrate audio performance to the listening environment.

“Primacy is obviously not a broad volume product due to the price point, but JL sees it as an important flagship opportunity for the right dealers and customers,” Advance Audio Australia product manager Darren Lawrence says.

“It gives JL Audio Home a very strong luxury audio story and a clear step into a higher-end system solution.”
