AVIXA has announced that the nominations deadline for the AVIXA Oceania Award nomination submissions has been extended to Friday 13 July.

Nominations are open for the following categories:

• CTS Holder of the year – recognising Certified Technology Specialist (CTS, CTS-D and/or CTS-I) holders who are achieving rewarding and successful careers in the AV and integrated experiences industry.
• Educator of the year – highlighting important contributions made by an individual to the professional development, education and training of the AV industry.
• Young AV Professionals Award – recognising young people who are achieving rewarding and successful careers in the AV and integrated experiences industry.
• Women in AV Award – recognising women who are achieving rewarding and successful careers in the AV and integrated experiences industry.
• Distinguished Achievement Award – recognising an individual who association members and the industry recognise as worthy of a lifetime achievement award.
