Business Development Manager

Permanent, full time.

TechStyle distributes a variety of home automation products to custom installers and electricians in the NZ market.

If you are a hunter-type sales person who loves cold calling, demonstrating leading edge electronic equipment, and can close sales then we want to hear from you.

As the Business Development Manager you will have the autonomy to create your own work schedule, identify business opportunities and create strategies to convert clients to your products. You will be responsible for increasing a client base, meeting sales targets and providing excellent service.

Key functions of this role are sales, new business development and account management, including assistance with system design.  To be successful in this role you must have skills with electronic equipment such as AV, home automation, security, lighting and displays, and must be able to communicate with clients on a technical level.  Much of your time will be spent phoning and visiting new and existing clients and introducing and demonstrating our products. 

This role may suit someone from a technology distribution background.

Some national travel is required, and therefore you must hold a full, clean drivers licence.

Technical Sales Consultant

Love selling and know how to close a deal? Interested in home automation or home technology or have experience selling luxury items to home owners?

We are hunting for a successful sales person with solid technical ability to join HabitatAV, a home technology custom install business, selling home entertainment and control systems. You may already be working in custom install, selling and or installing theatre, multrioom audio and smart wiring – or a successful, customer focussed sales person who has experience selling products for the home. 

This role will suit a self starter who is a natural solution based sales person. Full training is provided and you be joining a strong sales and support team which will allow you to get out there and do what you do best.
