URC will highlight two new advanced system processors and two new 10” touch screen controllers at CEDIA EXPO 2018.

The new flagship MRX-30 with quad-core processor and the new MRX-15 with dual-core processor deliver powerful automation and control for residential and commercial installations. They provide instant two-way communication with Total Control products and compatible third-party devices. Both processors offer IP, IR, RS-232, 12V trigger, relay and sensor communication for robust integration and superior performance.

“The new MRX-30 and MRX-15 processors truly take Total Control to the next level, elevating system performance and third-party integration potential for even the most challenging residential and light commercial applications,” says URC senior vice president and general manager Doug Cole.

The new TDC-9100 tabletop touch screen controller features a high-resolution touch screen and integrated charging base. The brilliant 10” LCD displays images of the attractive, customisable Total Control GUI – plus live video from door stations and surveillance cameras. A built-in audio/video intercom offers convenient room-to-room communication with live video. The TDC-9100 features quick connect 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz WiFi, as well as 10/100/1000 RJ45 Ethernet port. It is designed for wireless or wired installation with PoE+.

A companion, comparably-equipped TKP-9600 10” in-wall touch screen keypad features a sleek, premium design for seamless installation in upscale residential and commercial projects. The TKP-9600 offers wired installation with PoE+ and features a 10/100/1000 RJ45 Ethernet port. It installs in portrait or landscape orientation in a standard three-gang or dual-gang wall box.

“We now offer a complete family of tabletop and in-wall touch screens,” says Doug.

“Total Control now includes premium 7” and 10” tabletop controllers and 5”, 7” and 10” in-wall touch screen keypads for complete versatility and highly-intuitive system control.”

URC will also highlight the new TC Flex 2.0 programming software, one of two Total Control programming options. Accelerator 2.0 provides quick programming and personalised GUI design. TC Flex 2.0 delivers totally customisable, freeform GUI design.

The MRX-30 and MRX-15 advanced system processors are shipping now. The TDC-9100 10” tabletop controller and TKP-9600 10” in-wall touch screen will ship in the upcoming months. TC Flex 2.0 is now available for download by authorised URC Total Control dealers.
