Three days, one ecosystem: Integrate 2026

Integrate returns to ICC Sydney, and the program around the show floor is shaping up to be one of the strongest in recent years. Across three days, 120-plus exhibitors will fill ten product zones spanning the full AV ecosystem, from AV-over-IP and UCC to digital signage, audio, control and emerging technology.

Around that, a curated program of education sessions, industry forums and networking events gives the community plenty of reasons to spend time off the show floor too.

This year, Integrate is also co-located with the Security Exhibition & Conference and, for the first time, the Fire Security Expo, bringing three connected industries together under one roof. One free visitor registration covers all three shows. Here’s a look at what’s on.

Integrate and AVIXA Tech Talks
2-4 September (Tech Talks Theatre, show floor)

The Tech Talks return for 2026 as the anchor education program at Integrate, running across all three days of the show in the Tech Talks Theatre. Developed in partnership with AVIXA, the program brings together international speakers, global brands and product specialists for sessions on the trends shaping the industry right now: AI in AV, real-time video analysis, sustainability, hybrid workplace technology and immersive live events.

The Tech Talks are a chance to access the kind of education that would otherwise require international travel.

AETM K-12 Conference
2 September, 8:30am to 12:00pm (Level 3, Rooms E3.1 & E3.2)

Presented by AETM in conjunction with Integrate, the K-12 Conference returns in 2026 with a focused half-day program for AV and IT professionals working in primary and secondary schools.

Taking place on the morning of 2 September, the conference looks at current AV education technologies and how they apply in real classroom and learning environments. Free for AETM members, ticketed for non-members.

CEDIA industry leaders forum
3 September, 8:30am to 12:11pm (Level 3, Rooms E3.1 & E3.2)

New to Integrate this year, the CEDIA Industry Leaders Forum is a ticketed half-day program for the residential AV and smart home channel.

Presented by CEDIA in partnership with Integrate, the forum brings together integrators, manufacturers, distributors and allied trades on the morning of 3 September for a focused conversation on workforce development, industry recognition, education pathways and emerging market opportunities across Australia and New Zealand.

SMPTE industry forum
3 September, 1:00pm to 5:30pm (Level 3, Rooms E3.1 & E3.2)

Also debuting in 2026, the SMPTE Industry Forum is presented by SMPTE Oceania in partnership with Integrate.

The afternoon program is built around the conversations shaping media technology across Australia, New Zealand and the wider Pacific: The shift to streaming, AI-driven innovation and multiplatform content delivery.

Pitched at everyone from students through to senior industry leaders, the forum is free to attend and offers a low-barrier entry point for broadcast, streaming, cinema and live production professionals.

AVIXA women’s council forum
3 September, 3:00pm to 4:20pm (Tech Talks Theatre, show floor)

A long-running fixture of Integrate, the AVIXA Women’s Council Forum opens on the second day with morning tea, networking and a focused discussion session for women working across the pro AV industry. Guided by AVIXA’s mission of amplifying women’s voices and fostering an inclusive culture in AV, the forum brings together a community of women each year to explore industry topics, share success stories and discuss strategies for navigating common challenges.

Open to all attendees at Integrate, not just AVIXA members. Registration for Integrate includes admission, and visitors can RSVP via the website.

AV user group meet-up
2 September, 4:00pm to 5:15pm (Tech Talks Theatre, show floor)

An informal meet-up for end users working with AV technology day to day, whether you design, manage, support or simply use the AV systems at your organisation. Hosted by the AV User Group (Sydney), the session is a chance to swap stories, compare notes and connect with peers working across meeting rooms, conferencing, collaboration tools, streaming, signage, production and more.

The local AV User Group members will be on hand to talk through the group, its international community and the benefits of membership. No presentation, no pressure, just an opportunity to learn more and expand your AV network.

Open to all attendees at Integrate, not just AV User Group members. Registration for Integrate includes admission, and visitors can RSVP via the website.

AVIXA tech crew
4 September (Level 3, Rooms E3.1 & E3.2)

Running on the final day of the show, AVIXA Tech Crew is a student focused initiative giving secondary school students a one-day pass to Integrate.

Presented by AVIXA, the program includes a morning of orientation, a panel of young AV professionals sharing their career journeys and supervised time on the show floor visiting exhibitor stands and exploring the latest products in person.

Registration for Integrate 2026 is now open.
