Techstyle has been appointed as the exclusive distributor of WAC Lighting in New Zealand and the Pacific Islands.

Founded in 1984, WAC Lighting specialises in high end residential and commercial lighting fixtures and are a market leader in the emerging human centric lighting space. It offers a range of conventional, dim to warm, tunable white and full spectrum colour fittings for any application where quality light and precise control is needed.

“We are excited to bring WAC onboard, it is a perfect fit for our dealers who are already doing a control system and looking for a point of difference in their markets,” Techstyle managing director Emma Watts says.

The new AiSPiRE range of residential and commercial HCL fittings was launched at the CEDIA Expo Virtual 2020 and is now available through Techstyle.

“The AiSPiRE range is designed by Custom Integrators for Custom Integrators, is only available to that channel and not through lighting stores or electrical wholesalers,” Emma says.

“There are drivers for Vantage and Control4. AiSPiRE includes both line voltage and low voltage remote power supply systems and fittings featuring full ‘naturalness and full-colour tuning’ in its offering.”

WAC Lighting director of business development Patrick Laidlaw says “Techstyle is a progressive company looking to elevate the human experience within living and working spaces. We know more about the way light affects people than ever before and TechStyle recognises the opportunity to bring that knowledge to the benefit of their dealers and their clients.”
