Smart Protection Plan from Len Wallis Audio

The reasoning behind this agreement is simple. Len Wallis Audio are now designing and installing some fairly complex technology into homes.

Not only is this technology continually evolving with the addition of digital radio, video and audio streaming, 3D TV etc, but the existing technology is being continually updated via new firmware releases etc. Even simple things like new channels being launched on either the FTA network or Foxtel can throw a homewoner’s control system into disarray.

Traditionally the homeowner had two choices: to ignore the changes and live with the consequences (which appears to be the case much of the time) or have Len Wallis Audio come out to reconfigure or upgrade the system. Usually when this happens, a handful of other issues also need to be attended to.

Through this new agreement Len Wallis Audio hope that any system that is installed will continue to operate as intended, and be technologically up-to-date, for at least the next five years.

The Smart Protection Plan will offer clients a five-year parts and labour warranty for all AV and control components supplied and installed by Len Wallis Audio. This is being underwritten by United Electrical. It will also cover two free system health checks a year, including checking the operation of the system; performing all necessary maintenance, replacing infra-red emitters and connectors if required; installing any firmware upgrades provided by the manufacturer; and additional system instruction if necessary.

The Smart Protection Plan will also offer priority service, including next working day response within the Sydney metropolitan area, free collection and re-installation of any defective items covered under this warranty and provision of loan equipment where available and practical.

The cost to the client of this plan is 5% of the total system cost, for the first year, and then 3.5% of the system cost per year for the following four years (maximum of five years.)

Len Wallis Audio already have fully-trained staff and facilities in place specifically to run this program. A full list of terms and conditions is available at http://lenwallisaudio.com/t-c-smart-protection-plan- .
