Sennheiser releases Spectera Studio system planner for wireless workflow setup and configuration
Sennheiser has released the Spectera Studio, a system planning and configuration tool for its bidirectional wideband wireless ecosystem.
Designed to support engineers and technicians during preproduction and system preparation, Spectera Studio enables users to plan, edit and manage full Spectera setups offline, without requiring a connection to a Base Station. The platform also allows operators to import and modify existing configuration files from the Spectera WebUI, streamlining workflow continuity across devices and deployments.

In addition to configuration management, Spectera Studio functions as a system planner. Users can define link modes, mobile devices and antenna configurations per RF channel, with the software calculating RF capacity usage and determining the number of Base Stations required for a given setup. The tool also supports the inclusion of accessories and can generate downloadable system overviews for documentation and sharing.
For system creation and editing, users can start from scratch or load existing WebUI save files, combining multiple configurations or adding new devices as needed. Completed files can then be exported and uploaded directly to a Base Station for deployment.
Spectera Studio also addresses device management through mobile transmitter unique ID (MTUID) handling, allowing users to view and update device identifiers across configurations to ensure compatibility with paired Base Stations and reduce the risk of errors during setup.
By integrating planning, editing and migration into a single platform, Spectera Studio is designed to improve efficiency when configuring, scaling and reconfiguring complex wireless systems across a range of applications.
