AI takes centre stage at InfoComm 2026
InfoComm 2026 will place AI at the centre of this year’s event, highlighting how the technology is moving from experimentation to real-world deployment across AV, IT and broadcast environments.
Taking place at the Las Vegas Convention Centre from June 13–19 (exhibits June 17–19), the show will bring together technology providers, integrators and end users to explore how AI is reshaping system design, deployment and user experience.

AI is set to be a consistent thread across the event, spanning keynote presentations, education sessions and on-floor demonstrations. The focus is less on future potential and more on how intelligent systems are already being applied across collaboration, enterprise communications and integrated AV environments.
Keynote sessions from major technology players, including Microsoft and Cisco will outline how AI-enabled platforms are improving workplace communication, streamlining operations and delivering more adaptive user experiences.
Shure will also demonstrate how AI is being integrated into audio and collaboration technologies to support more scalable and responsive environments.
Beyond the keynote stage, AI will feature heavily throughout the education program. A new AI-focused stream will explore both practical applications and broader considerations, including implementation strategies and ethical use. Sessions will examine how AI is being used in areas such as digital signage, system design and public-facing displays.
On the show floor, attendees will see how these concepts translate into deployed solutions. Exhibitors will showcase AI-powered meeting assistants, intelligent cameras and automated control systems, reflecting a broader shift toward more data-driven and responsive AV environments.
A dedicated smart workplace showcase will further demonstrate how AI-enabled technologies integrate across real-world settings, combining collaboration tools, communications platforms and building systems into cohesive, intelligent spaces.
