Ripley’s Believe It Or Not! amuses with VuePix digital retail signage
Ripley’s Believe It Or Not! – one of the main tourist attractions in Surfers Paradise – has recently invested in new digital retail signage for its iconic museum on Soul Boardwalk.
Welcoming curiosity seekers is a new 18m long VuePix Infiled LED curved display, promoting current exhibitions and interactive features happening in the venue.
Integrators Prestige Group was appointed to create a new dynamic LED retail signage display, to help promote Ripley’s iconic museum to all visitors of the main strip at Surfers Paradise. Working closely with the team at ULA Group and VuePix, they designed an 18m long and 1m high curved screen, which was installed above the main entrance of the museum. The curved screen features VuePix Infiled GX series outdoor panels of 3.9mm resolution, totalling over 1.1million pixels.
The VuePix GX series offers LED panels which are ideal for this type of application, being lightweight yet durable, with advanced IP65 protection to withstand harsh elements & direct UV rays. The high brightness panels ensure the LED display delivers perfect visuals in any light condition.
The display allows for front service access for easy maintenance and the screen is controlled by NovaStar VX6S video controller.
