Registration is now open for Integrate 2026, the annual meeting point for Australia and New Zealand’s AV industry, returning to ICC Sydney from 2–4 September.

The event will bring together the full AV ecosystem, connecting professionals across audio, visual, IT, broadcast, live events, unified communications and emerging technologies with the latest products, ideas and industry developments.

More than 120 exhibitors are expected across ten technology zones, alongside an expanded conference and education program focused on practical learning and real-world application.

A key feature of the 2026 program is Tech Talks, delivered in partnership with AVIXA, which returns with a full schedule of on-floor education sessions covering industry trends and applications. This year’s program also includes a dedicated AI in AV Mini Conference on 2 September, focusing on how AI is being applied across AV system design, deployment and management.

Education content will also include the AETM K–12 Conference, which explores how AV technology is shaping classroom learning and outcomes, and the AV Industry Awards (AVIAs), which will recognise outstanding AV projects across the region at a networking event on the first day of the show.

New additions to the program include the CEDIA Industry Leaders Forum, which will bring together integrators, manufacturers and distributors to discuss workforce development, education pathways and industry growth in the smart home sector, and the SMPTE Oceania Industry Forum, which will focus on broadcast, IP and motion imaging professionals.

The AVIXA Women’s Council Forum will also return, featuring a panel discussion on inclusive leadership and its impact on innovation, performance and organisational growth across the AV industry.

Integrate 2026 will once again run alongside the Security Exhibition and Conference and the Fire Security Expo, giving attendees access to all three events with a single registration.

“What we’ve built for 2026 is designed to deliver real value on both sides of the floor. Exhibitors are connecting with a qualified, engaged audience across AV, IT, broadcast and live events, and visitors are getting access to an education program that’s genuinely worth their time,” Integrate event director Soren Nogaard says.

“With the addition of the CEDIA Industry Leaders Forum, the SMPTE Oceania Industry Forum and a dedicated AI in AV conference, there’s substance behind every part of the program this year.”

Registration is free and open now via the Integrate website.
