Barco and Huddly have partnered to launch a bundled room system combining the ClickShare Hub Pro with the Huddly C1 camera, targeting small-to-medium meeting spaces.

The integrated solution brings together Barco’s wireless presentation platform with Huddly’s AI-powered video technology, designed to simplify hybrid meetings and improve collaboration between in-room and remote participants.

The system enables one-touch meeting start via the ClickShare Control Panel, while the ClickShare Button allows users to share 4K content wirelessly from their own devices without additional software or setup. The Huddly C1 camera uses AI-driven video and audio to ensure clear visibility and sound for all participants.

Built as a Microsoft Teams Rooms solution and certified for Microsoft Teams, the bundle delivers a consistent user experience across meeting spaces. The ClickShare Hub Pro is also based on Microsoft’s Device Ecosystem Platform, supporting centralised management and built-in security for IT teams.

The release reflects ongoing collaboration between Barco and Huddly, with both companies focused on delivering simplified, scalable meeting room solutions for modern workplaces.

The bundled system is designed to support organisations deploying standardised conferencing environments, particularly as hybrid work continues to drive demand for reliable, easy-to-use collaboration technology.
