Pro Audio Technology (PRO) has announced three new models to its SR series of loudspeakers: SR-25im, SR-6im and SR-26im as well as a new pivot bracket to ease installation.

These new speakers include the same professional-grade components as PRO’s high-end loudspeakers. This makes them perfect for home theatre or multi-room audio as they maintain quality while having a better and sleeker design.

The new pivot brackets help the installation process while also giving them 50° of rotation, being ideal for the Dolby Atmos with their ability to aim at the listener.

“The new additions to the SR Series, including the unique pivot bracket, provide integrators with three in-wall, multi-use loudspeakers with installation flexibility like never before,” PRO president Paul Hales says.

These speakers are able to be paired with PRO’s DSP loudspeaker controllers which can process high-resolution frequency response contouring, dynamics processing, and critical time alignment. Integrators can now use the expanded data to accurately model the acoustic performance of a system.

“A refresh to PRO’s most attainable loudspeakers, we know integrators will appreciate the acoustic enhancements, new design, and added installation possibilities,” Paul says.

PRO’s new SR series loudspeakers will begin shipping in September, and will be on display at CEDIA Expo in booth #SR-6.
