Chowmain Software & Apps has released a free driver for Control4 that allows you to integrate the Nice DMBM shade controller via IP or RS232. The driver imports Nice shades and groups into Control4 and instantly provides up, down, stop and set level control feedback.

This can be done from any Control4 interface including on-screen navigator, mobile, tablet, touch screens, keypads and more.

Integrating into Control4 allows users to automatically close shades when they want to such as when you are the security system, start a movie or with the natural movements of the sun. It can also be scheduled to activate using Control4’s wakeup or goodnight functions.
