Built for smarter, more connected rooms, Neat Pad Pro simplifies how meetings are booked, started and managed, while giving IT teams a scalable, future-ready solution.

Designed to perform two roles, Neat Pad Pro works inside the room as an intuitive meeting controller and outside the room as an always-on scheduling display. Its large, responsive touchscreen makes it easy for teams to manage meetings at a glance, reducing interruptions and keeping rooms running smoothly throughout the day.

The device is built with accessibility and ease of use in mind. Its anti-glare, fingerprint-resistant display, adjustable angles, scalable fonts, screen reader support and RGB light indicators make room status and controls clear for all users. Built-in microphones combined with AI-powered audio processing allow Neat Pad Pro to act as an additional listening point in the room, helping remote participants hear everyone clearly, even in larger spaces.

Powered by Neat’s advanced P2 platform, Neat Pad Pro is significantly more powerful than the original Neat Pad, offering more memory and faster processing to support current and future software features. It provides seamless access to major meeting platforms, including Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and Zoom, with added flexibility through Neat Open.
