MuxLab releases two AVoIP solutions
MuxLab is debuting two new AV over IP solutions at InfoComm in Orlando this week, as well as a Dante-compatible signal delivery and UHD-4K support.
The HDMI/VGA/USB over IP PoE Wall Plate Transmitter, UHD-4K provides a wall-mounted interface for AV sources using HDMI and VGA interfaces to connect to a local Ethernet connection, while laptops and other devices can connect via USB.

The receiver supports video resolutions up to 3840×2160 @ 30Hz and both wall plates allow connection of HDMI and USB equipment from up to 100m away. Distances across the transmitter and receiver can be further extended when on an Ethernet network.
An RS232 port on the receiver plus a directional IR port allows for remote access and management of end devices.
Also debuting at InfoComm is the MuxLab HDMI 2.0 over IP PoE Extender, 4K/60 which can be configured to operate as a transmitter or receiver to deliver HDMI at up to 4K @ 60Hz via a 1Gbps Ethernet switch.
MuxLab director of product management Joe Teixeira says the company is earning its status as a leader in AV over IP technology.
“With real world experience that spans a decade, we continue to work closely with our distribution and integration partners to deliver exceptional user experiences.”
