Master Integrator has opened its 2026 Industry Survey and Supplier Report Card, giving systems integrators across Australia and New Zealand an opportunity to provide feedback on the sector and the manufacturers and suppliers they work with.

The anonymous survey takes approximately 10-15 minutes to complete and is open to people working in systems integration businesses across Australia and New Zealand.

Responses will contribute to two Master Integrator research initiatives: The State of the Integrator Report and the Supplier Report Card.

The State of the Integrator Report will examine the health and direction of the sector, including business conditions, workforce, skills, education, project activity and issues affecting integration businesses.

The Supplier Report Card will allow integrators to rate manufacturers and suppliers across areas including support, training, product reliability, margins and their overall relationship with the channel.

Master Integrator founder Paul Skelton says reliable industry data was needed to better understand the sector and support its future: “For an industry built around technology, we still know surprisingly little about the businesses and people that make up the integration sector in Australia and New Zealand.”

“This survey is our opportunity to change that. We want to understand what integration businesses look like, what they’re experiencing, where the opportunities are and what is getting in their way.”

Paul says the Supplier Report Card would also provide a structured way for integrators to assess the companies they work with.

“That should help identify where the channel is working well and where there is room for improvement,” he says.

Responses are anonymous and results will be reported in aggregate, with individual respondents and businesses not identified in the published findings.

“We want data we can use. It will help inform Master Integrator’s advocacy, education, workforce and industry development work, while giving the wider sector a much clearer understanding of where we are today,” Paul adds.

The 2026 Master Integrator Industry Survey and Supplier Report Card closes on Friday, 23 October 2026.
