LG has unveiled its 2026 OLED evo TV lineup at CES 2026, led by the return of the OLED evo W6 True Wireless Wallpaper TV. The W6 revives LG’s Wallpaper TV design first introduced in 2017, now paired with True Wireless connectivity and, on select models, LG’s latest Hyper Radiant Colour Technology.

At the centre of the lineup, the OLED evo W6 features a 9mm-class ultra-thin design made possible through component miniaturisation and a re-engineered internal structure. An updated wall mount allows the TV to sit flush against the wall, reinforcing the wallpaper aesthetic.

LG’s True Wireless technology places all connections in a Zero Connect Box, which can be positioned up to 10m away with line of sight, enabling visually lossless wireless transmission of 4K video and audio.

The W6 introduces hyper radiant colour technology, which improves brightness, colour and black levels while reducing screen reflections. Powered by Brightness Booster Ultra, the display achieves up to 3.9 times the brightness of conventional OLED TVs. A newly engineered screen delivers the lowest reflectance among LG TVs and has earned Intertek’s Reflection Free Premium certification.

Driving these advancements is the α11 AI Processor Gen3, featuring a neural processing unit 5.6 times more powerful than the previous generation. Its Dual AI Engine processes noise reduction and texture preservation simultaneously to deliver more natural images with greater detail.

The Wallpaper TV is supported by LG Gallery+, which turns the screen into a design feature with artwork, personal photos and generative AI images, complemented by mood-based music. The service is available across LG’s TV lineup.

For gaming, the W6 and 2026 OLED evo models support 4K at up to 165Hz, NVIDIA G-SYNC Compatible, AMD FreeSync Premium, 0.1ms response time and auto low latency mode.

LG’s webOS platform introduces deeper personalisation through Voice ID, which recognises individual users and switches profiles automatically. Multi-AI integration with Google Gemini and Microsoft Copilot enables voice-based assistance, while AI Concierge and new scene-based features enhance content discovery.

“The Wallpaper TV represents the beautiful convergence of our True Wireless leadership, form factor innovation and 13 years of OLED mastery,” LG Media Entertainment Solution Company president Park Hyoung-sei says.
