LED Studio to launch ECLIPSE at ISE 2025
LED Studio set to launch ECLIPSE, a power management solution, at Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) 2025.
ECLIPSE eliminates energy consumption during standby modes through power-saving that optimises energy use in real time. The Low Power Mode reduces energy consumption when displays aren’t receiving a video signal, and the Zero Power Mode shuts down the display and receiver card to achieve zero energy use.

ECLIPSE wants to ensure durable and safe operations during power transition by safeguarding internal components to enhance longevity and counteract inrush current and thermal stress.
After being initially available in LED Studio’s VIVID series, ECLIPSE technology is being incorporated across the product range. There is a 25m² VIVID P1.5 display that runs 12 hours daily and can save 4,024kWh annually to reduce the cost of approximately AU$1,925.98.
“Traditional LED displays often consume up to 15% of peak power even when idle, leading to unnecessary energy expenditure and increased operational costs,” LED Studio chief executive Rob Bint says.
“With ECLIPSE, we can now cut standby power consumption to zero for our clients when they aren’t using their LED display, helping them maximise ROI, whilst reducing their carbon footprint.”
“We are also making this an interoperable solution for existing setups with ECLIPSE+. This is a retrofit solution that enables compatible legacy displays to adopt modern energy standards via scheduled or remote control, using RS232 and IP commands.”
Attendees can experience this at LED Studio’s booth 5J100 from 4 to 7 February in Barcelona.
