KEF, distributed by Advance Audio in Australia, has introduced two additional colour options for its LSX II wireless speakers: Cotton White and Amber Haze.

KEF has associated Cotton White with qualities such as timeless, comfortable, sophisticated and clean, while Amber Haze is described as warm, uplifting, energetic and elegant. The new finishes will replace the existing Mineral White, Olive Green, Cobalt Blue and Lava Red.

With this update, every LSX II model will feature a fabric-wrapped cabinet, replacing the hard case found on some outgoing versions. KEF says this shift toward a tactile surface is intentional, designed to make the speakers more sensory and appealing to touch.

KEF characterises the LSX II aesthetic as “sophisticated minimalism”, with the fabric-wrapped cabinet created in collaboration with designer Michael Young.
