James Loudspeaker introduces two compact, high-performance boundary speakers
James Loudspeaker, which is distributed by Convergent Technologies, has announced the introduction of two smaller versions of its W-Series wedge form factor boundary speakers.
“Though our larger boundary speakers have been very popular, we received feedback from both residential and commercial integrators that a more compact version of the W-Series speakers would be useful,” says James Loudspeaker chief executive Mark Schafle.

Designed for integration where walls and ceilings converge, the new 42Qw and 43Qw are constructed of aircraft grade aluminium and include an aluminium perforated grille for trouble-free use.
Both models employ a new version of the high-excursion 4” woofer originally used in the 42AT landscape loudspeaker, designed using a Santoprene surround and aluminium cone.
The 42Qw combines a single 4” woofer with James Loudspeaker’s aluminium Quad Tweeter array, while the 43Qw uses two of the 4” drivers with the Quad Tweeter for additional output capability.
“Our goal is to provide the highest performing entertainment solutions that deliver superior sound with minimal visible intrusion into the space,” says Mark.
The 42Qw and 43Qw also come with a wall/ceiling bracket that features an ultra-secure mounting system, which is easy for integrators to work with to achieve a gapless fit.
All W-Series speakers can be custom painted to match any décor and are fully customisable to suit all commercial or residential applications.
