Ivory Egg has committed to a long-term partnership with Casa Capace, a solution developed specifically to cater to Australians requiring Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA).

The technology provided by Ivory Egg for these projects will mean greater flexibility for residents of these properties. The partnership with Ivory Egg will drive Casa Capace’s mission to positively influence the lives of thousands of NDIS participants.

The homes in question exceed the requirements of the NDIS and are built to a Platinum standard.

“Partnering with industry leaders, Casa Capace will set a new benchmark in housing design, providing innovative and highly desirable homes for NDIS participants.” Sam Khalil, managing director of DPN Group.

The long-term supply agreement will see a range of home automation technologies go into the properties, including KNX products and the Free@Home solution from ABB.

Ivory Egg managing director, Clayton Brown, says: “These properties showcase the power of home automation. More than that, they show just how readily available and, in many cases, affordable the technology is for those who want to take advantage.”

He adds: “We’ve been lucky enough to work with great designers and integrators like Dean Parker over at Incontrol Automation to bring the Casa Capace vision to life and really change people’s lives. Any new house being built should settle for nothing less than this standard.

“It is for everyone, is far more efficient than the do-it-yourself gadgets and offers greater control of your home. It is genuinely useful, safe and functional technology. Proper home automation is accessible for all right now and we’re here to help.”
