InfoComm 2026 will place AI-powered collaboration, workplace analytics and integrated AV ecosystems at the centre of this year’s exhibition, as the global industry event focuses on how technology is reshaping modern work environments.

Running June 13–19 at the Las Vegas Convention Centre, with exhibits open from 17–19 June, the event will showcase how AV, IT and AI systems are converging to create more connected, automated and adaptive workplaces.

A major feature of the show will be the Smart Workplace pavilion, powered by FORTÉ, which will demonstrate how integrated technologies operate across real-world office environments. The immersive installation will include meeting rooms, personal workspaces, social areas and a broadcast centre designed to highlight how connected systems can streamline collaboration and workplace management.

“InfoComm 2026 is designed to show how AV, IT and AI come together in real environments to create workplaces that are more connected, more intelligent and ultimately more effective for the people who use them,” AVIXA senior vice-president of expositions Jenn Heinold says.

The Smart Workplace experience will showcase integrated control systems, collaboration platforms, workplace analytics and enterprise communication technologies working together within a unified environment.

Demonstrations will include AI-enabled meeting spaces designed to support both in-room and remote collaboration, workplace intelligence systems that monitor space utilisation in real time and adaptive workspaces that respond to user preferences and tasks.

AI is expected to be a major theme throughout the event, with Microsoft and Cisco both presenting keynote sessions focused on AI-enabled collaboration and workplace infrastructure.

Microsoft is expected to showcase AI integration across its Teams ecosystem, including Teams Rooms, Teams Phone and Teams Premium, highlighting how intelligent collaboration tools are being embedded across physical and digital workspaces.

Cisco will present its ‘connected intelligence’ strategy, focusing on how AV, IT and AI-driven infrastructure can unify workplace systems, simplify management and provide deeper operational insights into how office environments are used.
