InfoComm 2026 will place a major focus on how AI, digital signage and immersive AV technologies are reshaping the retail experience when the event returns to Las Vegas in June.

The event, which runs from June 13-19 at the Las Vegas Convention Centre, will showcase technology designed to create more personalised and data-driven customer experiences across physical retail environments.

A key attraction on the show floor will be the Retail Experience, an interactive retail environment demonstrating how connected AV systems, digital signage, analytics and AI-driven platforms can work together throughout the customer journey. The experience will feature integrated technology solutions from Bluesound Professional, BrightSign, Poppulo and Samsung.

“Retail environments are becoming more immersive, data-driven and experience-focused,” AVIXA senior vice president – expositions Americas Jenn Heinold says.

“InfoComm 2026 brings together the technologies and expertise that enable organisations to create meaningful, measurable connections with their audiences in physical spaces.”

Digital signage and AI-powered content delivery will be major themes throughout the event, with sessions exploring how intelligent systems are helping organisations create more targeted and responsive customer messaging.

Featured sessions include AI-Powered Dynamic Content Strategies for Digital Signage, Designing for Impact: How Purpose Driven Content Transforms Digital Signage and OptiSigns: Rethinking the Product Lifecycle with Agentic AI.

The event will also explore how immersive AV technologies are transforming retail environments through integrated AV and control systems designed to blur the lines between retail and entertainment.

Vision Stage programming will include a session titled The Programmable Store: How AV Infrastructure is Powering Multi Modal Retail Experience Platforms, featuring Walmart Director of Product for In-Store Global Media Ryan Miller.

Attendees will also be able to join the Future Retail show floor tour, which will highlight new developments in digital signage, interactive displays and in-store technology.

InfoComm 2026 organisers said AI-powered analytics, intelligent cameras and integrated AV-over-IP systems would also feature heavily across the exhibition floor, with a focus on helping retailers better understand customer behaviour while improving operational efficiency.
