Nortek Security & Control LLC has announced the release of the new Samsung Display Driver for its ELAN control system adding new system configuration possibilities.

The driver allows dealers to easily control Samsung displays through IP with compatible models including The Frame, The Wall Luxury and The Wall Pro.

“It’s now possible to easily integrate the ELAN system with Samsung displays over the network, with the added convenience of directly accessing the displays’ internal smart sources,” ELAN project manager Larry Cramp says.

“Besides the expected power, source, and volume-type controls, dealers will also have direct access to controls like picture modes, calibration, navigation and more.”

The ELAN integration with Samsung will be on display at the ELAN booth at the CEDIA Expo 2019.
