Dirac and Klipsch release the latest Klipsch Flexus Core 300 soundbar
Dirac and Klipsch have released the latest Klipsch Flexus Core 300 soundbar, which features Dirac’s Dirac Live Room Correction technology.
With listening habits changing and rooms in every home now functioning as listening spaces for music, movies, TV, gaming and podcasts, room acoustics is more of a challenge than ever before. Dirac Live helps manufacturers address these challenges by delivering enhanced audio experiences for every type of sound system, now including soundbars.

“Today’s definition of a listening space has expanded from a dedicated home theatre to any room in the house which has created new challenges around high-fidelity audio reproduction,” Dirac home and pro audio vice president Fredric Tapper says.
“This soundbar collaboration, with Klipsch, resolves these challenges by delivering high-fidelity audio across any room or any listening space, irrespective of the room’s dimensions or complexities.”
Featuring Dirac’s Dirac Live Room Correction technology, the Klipsch Flexus Core 300 delivers the full 5.1.2 Dolby Atmos experience from one discrete box with four 2.25” front-firing drivers, four 4” high-output woofers and a 0.75” horn-loaded tweeter for front surround and centre speaker channels.
The software is unique in that it corrects for the magnitude and phase of the entire sound system, including the room itself, resulting in more transparent, balanced sound, tighter bass, improved staging and enhanced clarity.
It also features two 2.25” up-firing discrete full-range drivers for the rear surround channel sound as well as support for AirPlay 2, Spotify and Chromecast Streaming services.
