Global smart home solutions company Control4 has announced an international expansion into various countries. The countries include Switzerland, Ireland and New Zealand and allow direct relationships for Control4 authorised dealers. The union comes as part of Control4’s ongoing investment in worldwide smart home growth.

Control4 chairman and chief executive Martin Plaehn says, “We are confident in and excited about expanding the business landscape in these key regions. We believe our direct presence will provide support for local Control4 dealers and yield new customer adoption and better end-consumer satisfaction.”

In addition to the company growth Control4 has acquired remote company NEEO, which is based in Bern, Switzerland. The NEEO team will expand with Control4’s engineering team and develop the Control4 European sector.

The growth occurred due to increasing enquiries from independent integration professionals and a recognition of strong potential for the company. Former NEEO consumers can now order online with Control4. Control4 also offers technical support via online resources.
