ClearOne has announced the latest update to the CONVERGENCE AV network manager software which features an organisational portal for multiple user accounts with support for up to 2048 combined devices and users.

It also now has LDAP support and two levels of access, a secure administrator level for full access and a viewer level for monitoring with 256-bit encrypted device and password management.

The software is a unified AV network management platform which monitors, controls and audits ClearOne pro AV products and services.

Remote real-time system access gives users at-a-glace and all-inclusive dashboard views with unlimited scalability to support organisations of any size.

It gives users and integrators a powerful interface on any browser from desktop to mobile and lets them stay up to date with email status notifications and can find information faster. Alongside this, batch firmware updates can be performed on multiple audio or video devices at once.

Using the CONVERGE Pro 2 and Huddle DSP mixers, users can download, back up or restore project files at the same time.
