Chowmainsoft has released the Deako driver for Control4, designed to simplify integration of its whole-home smart lighting system into the broader home automation ecosystem.

The Deako Control4 driver enables seamless connection between Deako lighting devices and Control4, giving integrators a more streamlined way to deploy smart lighting across residential projects. The release is aimed at improving setup efficiency while supporting more flexible and scalable lighting control.

Deako’s modular, plug-and-play switching platform is designed to provide a cost-effective foundation for whole-home lighting automation, which can reduce installation time by around 20% on average. The system is positioned as a premium but accessible lighting solution for modern homes, with compatibility across leading automation platforms.

It also features a Deako Connect Driver that can automatically create bindings for lights and relays, as well as an auto setup function that adds Deako light drivers, assigns bindings and renames drivers to match Deako device naming.

A dedicated Deako Light Driver is also included, with the ability to automatically detect lighting capabilities and support both on/off switching and dimming.
