BenQ launches InstaShow VS25 with 4K wireless conferencing for hybrid meetings
BenQ has launched the InstaShow VS25, the latest addition to its wireless conferencing system lineup. Upgraded with 4K UHD resolution, the VS25 delivers sharper, smoother visuals while being driver-free, app-free and network-free screen mirroring with true one-tap start.
Designed for Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) and Bring Your Own Meeting (BYOM) environments, the VS25 supports up to 64 buttons and four simultaneous presenters. It integrates seamlessly with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet and other major video conferencing platforms.

WiFi 6 technology and native support for AirPlay, Chromecast and Miracast allow content sharing from laptops, tablets or smartphones while maintaining crystal-clear 4K60Hz resolution.
Touchback control enables presenters to annotate and manage content directly from interactive displays, making it ideal for collaborative sessions and hybrid meetings. With a stable 40m transmission range and multi-platform compatibility, the VS25 works straight out of the box, requiring no IT setup.
“Many enterprises lose valuable time due to technical difficulties during meetings. The InstaShow VS25 eliminates these friction points entirely, enabling in-room participants to share content wirelessly while maintaining seamless integration with remote attendees,” BenQ Australia product manager Aleem Khan says.
