Chowmainsoft has introduced the Honeywell VISTA EnvisaLink driver to integrate compatible Honeywell/Resideo VISTA security systems with Control4 through the EyezOn EnvisaLink module.

The EyezOn EnvisaLink is a local Ethernet interface that connects directly to the security panel and provides two-way communication over the local network. The integration operates without relying on cloud services. Supported Honeywell/Resideo panels include the VISTA 20P, 21iP, 15P, 10P, 128P and 250P.

Once integrated with Control4, users can arm and disarm the security system and receive real-time feedback on the system’s arm and disarm status, alarm conditions and individual security zones. The feedback can also be used within Control4 programming to trigger lighting, notifications, automation sequences and other actions.

The driver supports away, stay, instant and disarm modes, as well as a virtual keypad and zone list with feedback.

Users can also configure push and email notifications through Control4 Connect for events including arming, disarming, alarms and system trouble.

The driver provides events for low battery and restored battery status, AC power loss and restoration, system trouble and restoration, partition arming in away, stay and instant modes, exit and entry delay events, and partition alarms.

The driver also supports programmable custom keypress commands, automatic setup of zone contact drivers and flashing lights when an alarm occurs.
