Integrate Expo 2026 education programme confirmed
Integrate 2026 has confirmed its full three-day education programme ahead of the event opening on 2 September at ICC Sydney, with free show-floor sessions and ticketed Tech Talks covering AI, AV as a service, networked and broadcast AV, intelligent audio and workforce development.
Show-floor registration is free and includes sessions such as the CEDIA Industry Leaders Forum, SMPTE Oceania Industry Forum, AVIXA Women’s Council Forum and an AV User Group Sydney meet-up.

The ticketed Tech Talks programme will run across all three days, with Wednesday featuring an AI in AV Mini Conference, followed by sessions on AV as a service and networked AV on Thursday. Friday will focus on broadcast AV, live production and the future of audio.
Other sessions will address AI-powered collaboration, building the AV workforce, cloud and hybrid broadcast workflows, IP and remote production, software-defined media and inclusive leadership.
“A week out, the thing worth saying is that there’s a version of this show for everyone,” Integrate event director Soren Norgaard says.
“If you want to walk the floor, see the technology and sit in on a few free sessions, registration costs nothing. If you want to go deep on AI, broadcast or where the industry is heading, the ticketed programme is there for you.”
Integrate Expo 2026 will run from 2–4 September at ICC Sydney, co-located with the Security Exhibition and Conference and Fire Security Expo.
