B.E.G. has expanded its Indoor range with the Indoor180N and IndoorHF wall-mounted presence detectors, delivering reliable indoor lighting control for a variety of commercial applications.

Designed for different detection requirements, the models provide improved accuracy, simplified integration and enhanced performance in modern buildings.

The Indoor180N builds on its predecessor with the addition of a downward-facing PIR sensor, enabling seamless motion detection directly beneath the detector. This enhancement also makes it suitable for installation above doorways, while its detection geometry provides stable coverage in corridors up to 28m long.

For applications where movement is primarily towards the detector, the IndoorHF uses 60GHz high-frequency technology to deliver a uniform rectangular detection area of 8 x 4m.

The higher operating frequency significantly reduces signal penetration through materials such as glass, timber and plasterboard compared with conventional 5.8GHz HF sensors, helping minimise false triggering in modern building environments.

Both presence detectors are supplied with a standard 55 x 55mm faceplate and are sold without a frame, allowing seamless integration into existing switch ranges while maintaining a consistent aesthetic. The Indoor180N and IndoorHF are available in both matt traffic white and gloss traffic white finishes.
