Waterfall Audio will unveil its LCR1000 loudspeaker at ISE 2026, coinciding with the ten-year anniversary of Waterfall’s Pro Custom Series.

Positioned at the top of the Pro Custom range, the LCR1000 is designed for cinema rooms up to 100m² and is engineered to deliver reference-level performance in demanding environments. The loudspeaker requires less than 20cm of recess depth, helping preserve space behind the screen. It integrates with Waterfall’s proprietary baffle structure, allowing for modular installations with a focus on flexibility and fast deployment.

The LCR1000 features a two-part architecture made up of separate low-frequency and high-frequency modules that are mechanically independent and stacked vertically. As standard, the system operates in active bi-amplification and is designed to be paired with the Waterfall RS700 Bi-amp Edition amplifier by ATOHM.

The low-frequency module is housed in a bass-reflex enclosure and covers frequencies from 40Hz to 400Hz. It is equipped with four 18cm ATOHM LD180 long-excursion drivers, delivering controlled and musical bass performance. The high-frequency module operates from 400Hz to 28kHz and uses a closed-back, two-way design built around an 18cm ATOHM MLD180 midrange driver and a 28mm ATOHM neodymium tweeter.

With a power handling capacity of 1kW and an efficiency of 94dB, the LCR1000 is capable of delivering peak sound pressure levels of up to 124dB at 1m, combining high output with low distortion and the musical character associated with the Waterfall brand.

In addition to the LCR1000, Waterfall Audio will also showcase the Niagara XT3 loudspeaker at ISE 2026. Handcrafted in France, the Niagara XT3 features a fully transparent enclosure made from 10mm safety platinum glass, reflecting Waterfall’s focus on blending refined design with high-performance audio for contemporary interiors.
