Dynaudio releases new Performance audio range
Danish loudspeaker company Dynaudio recently released is new Custom Performance range, a brand new family of 11 audio products which was first unveiled at CEDIA Expo in Denver last year.
The collection includes three in-wall and three in-ceiling speakers as well as a special fire resistant back-box, two new outdoor loudspeakers, an in-surface subwoofer and special control software for home integration systems.

The new line has been designed for listening to high quality audio in distributed, media rooms and more.
The range has been tuned by the same experts as the company’s home, professional studio and automotive products.
The outdoor speakers can be connected to a regular amplifier or daisy chained on a single 70V/100V system by using the selector on the rear. Both are IP65 rated so they’ll withstand everything but a high-pressure jet-washer, and can operate in temperatures from -33 degrees to 40 degrees.
Dynaudio’s custom Sub RCC subwoofer offers extreme bass performance from a compact form which can be installed in walls, ceilings or even floors.
Dynaudio has teamed up with UK-based custom-install software house Intrinsic Dev to create bespoke zone-control drivers that enable full integration for Dynaudio Music and Dynaudio Connect with ELAN, Control4 and Crestron systems.
Music is an intelligent wireless speaker that adapts itself to its position in the room and the ambient noise level surrounding it. Connect is a wireless link for Dynaudio’s high-end active speakers.
Dynaudio’s business development manager for Europe Peter Gibb says: “We want to make it as easy as possible for installers to do their jobs, which is why we’ve kept our entire Custom range super-simple to specify and install. But most of all, we want their clients to have incredible sound quality to enjoy their music and films. These new products make that job even easier.”
