Nexus 21’s Apex challenges the precedent for motorised products
Nexus 21, distributed by AV Supply Group in Australia, is aiming to change the industry’s expectations of motorised wall mounts with the debut of its Apex TV wall mount.
The Apex system counters common TV mount problems with its Smart Drive technology which prevents damage when moved manually. Smart Drive lets the system know where its original position is and allows it to recover from any unexpected changes.

“The inspiration behind Apex is to erase the pain professionals experienced with motorized mounts of the past. No more damaged motors. No more loud, bulky mechanisms,” Nexus 21 chief executive Cory Lovett says.
“Apex allows integrators to say ‘yes’ to their customers every time and spec a motorised mount with confidence.”
A wall box can be mounted either on-wall or in-wall for maximum flexibility in throughout the planning process. This flexibility is further encouraged with the system’s ability to accommodate for 50 to 80” screens.
The Apex comes with a five-year full-replacement warranty, COBRA cable-management system and a maximum weight of approximately 45kg.
