Yamaha PDX-31
A 15W x 2 digital amplifier and an 8cm (3-1/8”) full-range cone plus bass reflex port, deliver robust power, rich bass and clear sound.
With an AUX-in terminal (stereo mini jack) on the back, the PDX-31 becomes a multimedia system, allowing a PC, Mac or other MP3 players to connect at the same time as an iPod/iPhone. There’s even an Auto Blend function that allows both sources to be played back at the same time; listen to the news with background music from an iPod/iPhone.
When an audio source is received by the PDX-31 it automatically turns on and outputs the audio, so there’s no need to turn the dock on or off. Further demonstrating its simple operation, the button layout of the slim remote is similar to your iPod controls, making it easy to browse menus and select songs.

The clever PDX-31 remembers the volume level once your iPod/iPhone is removed so the next time you dock it, the volume is conveniently set to that level. In addition, if you (or perhaps a child) accidentally turns up the volume, the PDX-31 reacts instantly to lower the sound, protecting both you and the speaker from a sudden loud burst of music.
The PDX-31 has durable fabric covering the front speakers and at less than two kilograms can sit neatly on a shelf or small table. Available in dark red, light grey and black, the PDX-31 provides options to suit any room in the house.
Given the popularity of iPods and iPhones the PDX-31 dock is completely compatible with iPod (5th generation), iPod classic, iPod nano, iPod touch and iPhone devices.
