Xilica unveils AI-driven RoomHub
Xilica, distributed by Amber Technology, has announced its audio processor, RoomHub, featuring AI AutoDeploy technology. AutoDeploy analyses room acoustics and automatically tunes audio performance to eliminate the need for specialised audio programming in deployment and setup.
From the moment RoomHub connects to the network, its onboard intelligence instantly discovers and configures system components from microphones to cameras.

Xilica chief executive James Knight says that relevant customers need audio solutions that work efficiently regardless of the environment that they are used in.
“RoomHub represents a fundamental shift in collaboration audio, bringing intelligence that automatically optimises performance, scales effortlessly and integrates seamlessly with enterprise IT systems so everyone can obtain a great sounding space,” he says.
AutoDeploy listens to its user’s space and automatically optimises acoustics, no manual tuning is required.
Featuring advanced machine learning (ML) algorithms power AI NoiseSense, which can distinguish and filter static and dynamic noise while continuous ML-driven dereverberation adapts to changing room conditions.
Xilica’s HearClear acoustic echo cancellation is combined with ML and IQ Voice Enhancement results in an AI stack, providing clear audio that adapts to each space and fatigue-free collaboration without human adjustment.
Organisations will be able to configure devices offline through an embedded web interface and those who seek global scalability can leverage Xilica Cloud for zero-touch deployment across many rooms.
IT teams can use RoomHub for comprehensive checks across connected devices nightly.
After firmware updates, room changes or on schedule RoomHub instantly verifies each component and delivers detailed health reports straight to the dashboard.
RoomHub can be installed anywhere due to its compact size, while also including power-over-Ethernet and a whisper-quiet design.
RoomHub also features Dante audio technology and a dual USB-C connectivity for plug-and-play installation, while the IQ Director multi-camera tracking ensures correct framing.
Integrated Bluetooth and Auracast technology provide content sharing and accessibility through direct audio streaming to hearing assistance devices.
The Collab Collective chief analyst Craig Durr says that RoomHub provides support to the obstacles that often challenge IT teams, particularly those without AV expertise.
“RoomHub addresses these challenges by focusing on the right attributes,” he says.
“AI-driven automation, seamless interoperability and intuitive cloud management help support modern IT teams.”
