The iCalendar can then manage booking schedules for one or more rooms, view room availabilities in real time, and display greetings and announcements. It can present live, streaming content from the users’ network to deliver critical alert notifications. In addition, by simply clicking the button to sync, the iCalendar is supported to link with diverse calendar systems, including Google Calendar, Apple Calendar and more.
