Vanco International has introduced its PulseAudio PA-CVB1 Collaboration Video Bar, an all-in-one video collaboration soundbar form factor with built-in six-ray beam-forming microphone and a 4K electronic Pan/Tilt/Zoom (ePTZ) camera embedded in its centre.

Equipped with smart framing technology that automatically adjusts to frame participants, the PA-CVB1’s built-in 4K camera has auto-tracking to automatically follow moving speakers and a 120° field-of-view, ensuring everyone can fit on the screen during a meeting.

“PulseAudio created this Collaboration Video Bar to give dealers an all-in-one option that’s simple, affordable and sleek,” Advance Audio Australia’s Nigel Ng says.

“The PA-CVB1 was designed to be installed and operational within minutes of unpacking and it adapts to its users and environment, taking the pain out of setup and deployment.”

With an intelligent camera and microphone that responds to either motion or sound to focus on the correct speaker, the silent ePTZ-based features of the PulseAudio PA-CVB1 mean users can collaborate without constraints, changing positions, sharing notes or use a whiteboard without degrading the experience of remote participants.

The Video Bar also uses its beamforming microphone to locate and focus on speakers in real time. In areas with a high noise floor, the PA-CVB1’s microphone technology isolates and focuses on the active meeting participants, rejecting distractions, background noise and, for more flexibility, an external microphone can be added.

Lastly, featuring universal plug-and-play USB 3.0 connectivity, the PA-CVB1’s built-in software package offers compatibility with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Skype and most other popular conferencing platforms. Built for enterprise deployments, the PA-CVB1 is designed to integrate with other professional equipment such as collaboration switchers as well as third-party control and management systems.
